Welcome to Bethania Church Treharris - Project Garden Information Page.

This is to let everyone know that our church garden is being developed. This piece of garden at the side of the church has not been used for many years and has been an overgrown tipping ground for this time.

As a church we have had a desire for a few years to make this garden useful to the church and the community. We started by having steps installed in 2007.

More recently the "green fingers gardening club" who meet every thursday at the church have expressed an interest in seeing the garden developed. With the help of this group, "keep wales tidy", "communities first", and the Treharris TACT group we have begun work in earnest this year.

If you're passing take a look. It should become usable by October and have no doubt will be developed even more from the spring of 2010 onwards. If you have any ideas on its future development, let us know.
